Geoffrey Bishop Lifelong Historian Award
The History Council of South Australia announced its awards for 2026 and Council Member Dr Geoffrey Bishop has been granted the Lifelong Historian award for decades of dedicated leadership, scholarship and volunteer service preserving South Australia’s community and institutional history. In addition, recent speaker Taylor Lupp has been granted the Emerging Historian award.
