Our June meeting will be something quite different and well worth braving a
cold winter’s night. But remember the temperature and the atmosphere in the
Hall will both be pleasantly warm.
Be prepared for the unexpected when Robyn Heitmann presents The Strange
Death of Mr Buchanan, when YOU are going to help solve a very cold case of
suspected murder which occurred in Adelaide in 1839.
Is this Adelaide’s earliest unsolved murder? Join Robyn as she invites you to be
part of the coronial inquest where she explores the colony’s early years and
sets out the details of the gruesome discovery. As a member of the coronial
jury, it will be up to you to decide who did or didn’t do it.
